The objectives of a legal literacy cell in college are to create awareness about legal rights and duties among students and to help them become responsible and law-abiding citizens. The cell also aims to provide legal aid and assistance to students in need. The cell also make the general public aware of their rights and hold legal awareness camps and seminars, and assist the police in the incidences of crimes against women. The cell has also made the people aware of their fundamental rights.
